This is the peacock. He has been to many places in the country throughout the past couple of years and now he is living at home with us. I am almost done with the companion piece I have made for him. It is not titled yet. The bird I have made on the new quilt is a lyrebird and they can sing, beautifully unlike the peacock. I still want to thank Rosemary Malzahn and Luella Doss for their encouragement in the making of the peacock. Many good things have happened for me as a result of this quilt .
